We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the App:
- To authenticate you and manage your account
- To save your favorite recipes, cupboard, and weekly meal plan
- To process in-app subscriptions via Apple App Store
- To improve app performance and fix crashes
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data as described in their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — backend database and authentication (Privacy Policy)
- RevenueCat — subscription management (Privacy Policy)
- Google Sign-In — optional authentication (Privacy Policy)
- Sign in with Apple — optional authentication (Privacy Policy)
- Google Gemini API — AI-powered ingredient scanning via a secure server proxy
4. Camera and Photo Library
The App requests access to your camera and photo library only to scan food ingredients using AI. Images are processed through our secure server and are not stored or shared.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
